Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Opened, used, clearance, or free promotional items are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@vivaeli.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided.
    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund with care.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window
