Terms & Conditions – Grab n Go Mart

The official registered name of the business is Grab n Go Mart, located at Village Jhok Hari Har, Ferozepur, Punjab, India – 152003.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Punjab.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ferozepur, Punjab, India.

Purchases are open to all customers. No age restrictions currently apply.
If adult-only products (e.g., alcohol) are introduced in the future, age restrictions will be enforced.
Grab n Go Mart currently ships to India, USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Germany. Orders from other countries may not be accepted.

All product prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable GST/VAT or other taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Products listed are primarily in-stock items. Pre-orders may be offered for select products.
Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, Wise, Razorpay, UPI (India only), and Bank Transfer.
PayPal transactions may incur a 5% handling fee and amount limits. Customers are encouraged to use alternative methods where available.
Express checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe) will be offered where supported.
Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

International shipping is available to India, USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Germany.
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Orders are shipped once stock arrives at our warehouse. Factory delivery to the warehouse typically takes 2–3 business days.

Incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
Recipient unknown, uncontactable, or refused the parcel.
Customer ordered wrong size or is dissatisfied (if product matches description and has no defect).
Customer failed to contact within 10 days of delivery regarding issues.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Slight variations in product color, size, and appearance may occur due to manufacturing differences.
Products containing metals, cosmetics, or food will include allergy disclaimers on product pages.

All website designs, images, videos, and content are protected intellectual property of Grab n Go Mart.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Press or third parties may use media or branding only with written permission.

Customers may check out as guests or create accounts for faster checkout and order tracking.
Personal data collected includes: name, email, phone number, billing/shipping addresses, and payment information.
Customer data may be used for marketing purposes only with explicit opt-in consent at checkout or signup.

Customer reviews, testimonials, and photos may be featured on the website and social media.
Influencer or customer-generated content will only be reused with prior written or digital consent.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ferozepur, Punjab, India.
